In Devign Agency Suite, you set how your agency pays. Owners open Bonus. Here's how you pay, one rule at a time. Start from a preset or build your own. Set each level's share, then try it on three creators before you save.
Some creators have their own deal. Give them a fixed share as an exception.
Then creators open My Bonus and see their level, their share, and how it's worked out.
